Trailers, containers, and bobtails welcome for monthly and daily rates. Gated by an alarmed electric fence and 24/7 onsite security. Space for 40 units. Additional units would need to be reviewed depending on the duration of the request. Easy access to San Leandro and I-880. The customer must communicate the purpose of use of the yard, high velocity movement, standard overnight parking, or overflow storage (slow movement). This is to ensure expectations are clear before booking and to ensure correct support is applied to each customer. Self-service parking. No single-slot storage. The customer will be assigned an area to store equipment based on availability. The depth of parking can vary depending on the area assigned. Yard hostler container staging services for outbound pick up available at $20 per container. Pick-up information must be provided ahead of all deliveries to ensure the most efficient storage and minimize the movement of equipment. All staging work must be completed during regular work hours. 7:00 am to 3:00 pm – M-F. A daily inventory update can be provided upon request on the following morning for the previous days activity.
